Project overview

The business requirement

Crackers Emporium sells fireworks to both individual customers and bulk wholesale buyers around Sivakasi, previously coordinated through printed price lists, phone calls and WhatsApp. The business needed an ecommerce store that kept the familiar category-wise price-list structure while adding online payment and a faster way to handle large wholesale quantities.

The delivered approach

The project focused on a full catalogue import, a festive storefront design and a dedicated wholesale ordering screen so retail and bulk customers could both be served from the same WooCommerce store without slowing either journey down.

Key delivered capabilities

  • 209-product catalogue import across sound crackers, bombs, sparklers, flower pots, ground chakkars and combo packs
  • Custom wholesale bulk-order table with quantity steppers, running discount totals and a visible minimum order value
  • Diwali-themed homepage banner and an interactive 2026 price-list page
  • Category-led navigation across Shop, Special Offers and Price List
  • Hosting tuned for the seasonal traffic spike fireworks ecommerce sees before Diwali

Visible project outcome

The live site presents the full seasonal catalogue with working category browsing, an interactive price list and a working wholesale ordering screen. This case study does not provide sales-performance, ranking or traffic claims.

Evidence and claims policy: this page is based on a real Kailvex project and public project information. It does not claim unverified rankings, revenue, traffic, conversion growth or business impact.
Wholesale ordering, explained

A standard cart does not fit wholesale fireworks buying.

Wholesale buyers already know most of the price list and want to key in quantities across dozens of products in one sitting, see the discount and running total update live, and confirm the order clears a minimum value before checkout. Building this as a dedicated ordering screen, rather than forcing wholesale buyers through a standard product-by-product cart, keeps the store usable for the customer type that matters most to this business.

Compliance and operations

The seller controls lawful sales and fulfilment.

The client is responsible for product legality, licences, age restrictions where applicable, pricing, stock, safe handling, delivery and customer communication. Kailvex provides technology within the written scope and does not certify products or business compliance. Seasonal fireworks sites should be reviewed before every campaign to update availability, policies, contact details and hosting capacity.
