Scope and data fiduciary contact
This policy applies to personal data processed through kailvex.com, the public project-enquiry form, direct business email and project discussions. Kailvex Technologies determines the purpose of this website enquiry processing and can be contacted at [email protected].
The contracting and invoicing identity for a paid project is stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. This policy does not cover a client system that Kailvex merely develops or hosts on the client’s instructions; responsibilities for that system must be defined in the project agreement.
Information collected and purpose
Information you submit
- Name, email address, optional company and phone details.
- Selected service, expected timeline and project description.
- Messages, documents and access information intentionally shared later through agreed channels.
Technical and security data
- IP address, request time, browser information, server logs, rate-limit records and anti-spam signals.
- Cookie or browser-storage choices and basic interface preferences.
This information is used to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, secure the website, maintain records, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Consent and withdrawal
The public enquiry form asks the visitor to acknowledge this Privacy Policy before submission. Information is then processed for the stated enquiry purpose. A visitor may withdraw consent for future processing by emailing [email protected], subject to information that must be retained for security, legal, billing or contractual reasons.
Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the request. Kailvex does not use an enquiry consent as permission for unrelated marketing.
Data minimisation and sensitive information
Provide only information needed for the first discussion. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card data, government identification numbers, patient records, children’s personal data or other sensitive/confidential information through public tools or forms. Secure credential exchange must be agreed separately when a project requires it.
Browser-based free tools
Public calculators, generators, previews and validators are designed to process entries inside the browser. Tool inputs are not intentionally uploaded to Kailvex unless a page clearly states that it uses a server or the visitor separately submits the result through an enquiry. Local downloads, clipboard access and selected files remain controlled by the visitor’s browser and device.
Service providers and disclosure
Necessary providers may process information for hosting, email delivery, spam prevention, security, analytics enabled with consent, cloud storage or project delivery. Provider processing is subject to their own contracts and policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or to protect users, systems and business rights.
Kailvex does not sell website-enquiry personal data to advertisers.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry records are kept only for as long as reasonably required to answer the request, maintain business records, prevent abuse, manage a project or meet legal and contractual obligations. Data that is no longer required should be deleted or de-identified through the applicable operational process. Backup and email copies may take additional time to cycle out.
Access, correction, erasure and grievance
A person may request information about personal data submitted to Kailvex, correction of inaccurate information, erasure where applicable, withdrawal of consent or grievance review. Use the process on Grievance Redressal & Data Requests. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Children’s data
The website and services are directed to business users and are not intended to collect personal data directly from children. Do not use the public form or tools to submit a child’s personal data. If such data is identified, contact Kailvex so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
Security and breach response
Kailvex uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards such as HTTPS, server-side validation, anti-spam controls, rate limiting and restricted configuration files. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Suspected security issues should be reported through the responsible disclosure process.
Policy updates and legal framework
This policy may be updated when website features, service providers or applicable requirements change. It is designed with reference to India’s digital personal-data framework, but publication of a policy alone does not prove complete legal compliance; operational practices and project contracts must also match the policy.
