Yes. Launch-only support can be provided after reviewing the source code or release build, account status, policies and technical readiness.

Who should own the developer accounts?+

The business or client should own the Google Play Console and Apple Developer accounts, billing, legal declarations and recovery access. Kailvex can be invited with the minimum required role.

Are platform fees included?+

No. Google, Apple and other third-party registration, membership, tax or transaction charges are paid directly by the client to the platform.

Can you guarantee store approval?+

No. Google and Apple independently review applications and may request changes or reject submissions. Kailvex supports technical readiness and responses but cannot guarantee approval or review time.

Can you help after a rejection?+

Yes, when the review message relates to a technical or listing issue within the agreed scope. Legal, regulated-content and business-policy decisions remain the client’s responsibility.
